I would try to lift the cilinder for 1-1.5 mm to. So the exhaust and boost ports will open earlier,and will stay opened for a longer time. You can do it by making a 1.5 mm thick copper gasket and place it under the cilinder. Then you maschine the upper side of the cilinder the exact amount as you lifted it-other way you will end up with a smaller compression ratio. And take care that the lower sides of the exhaust and boost ports should be always in perfect level or below the piston when its in his BDC (this is not a crucial factor but its not a hard task to do it so you should). Note that this way the inlet port is going to be opened for shorter time-because you lifted the cil. But I think its not a problem because you have a reed valve intake so its opened all the time when there is vacum anyways (not sure about that
) . But off course this is only my opinion,i'm just a hobby tuner,and there are lots of smarter guy's then me on this forum so you should listen to them too. Check,and think about everything twice before you do it....hope you understand my-not so perfect- english
